This Privacy Policy explains what personal information 99ad collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the rights available to you as a user of the platform.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 99ad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information provided by or collected from users ("you", "User") who register and interact with the 99ad platform at 99ad.club. By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. Please read it carefully alongside the Terms & Conditions.
1.1 99ad is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. This Policy applies to all personal information collected through your use of the 99ad platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino gaming activities.
1.2 We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the 99ad service, comply with applicable legal and licensing obligations, prevent fraud, and fulfil our responsible gaming commitments. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8.1 As a condition of processing withdrawals, 99ad requires users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. For Pakistani users, this typically involves submitting a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or source-of-funds documents.
8.2 KYC documents submitted to 99ad are processed securely and used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes. Documents are stored in encrypted form for the period required by applicable licensing obligations.
8.3 Your CNIC number and identity document data will not be used for any purpose other than KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
9.1 Payment processing on 99ad is handled by third-party payment service providers. 99ad does not store complete payment credentials such as full bank account numbers or mobile wallet PINs on its own servers. Payment data is transmitted directly to the relevant payment processor (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the applicable Pakistani bank) over encrypted connections.
9.2 Transaction records including deposit and withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method types are retained by 99ad as part of your account history for the period specified in Section 11 (Data Retention).
10.1 99ad uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its website and mobile application to operate the Platform, maintain your session after login, and analyse usage patterns in aggregate.

11.1 99ad retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, and in any case for the minimum periods required by applicable licensing and AML regulations.
11.2 Account data and betting/gaming history are typically retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, consistent with standard online gaming licensing retention requirements.
11.3 KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable AML regulations from the date of account closure or last transaction, whichever is later.
11.4 Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identified individual.
12.1 99ad implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and regular security reviews.
12.2 While 99ad employs robust security practices, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to users, 99ad will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
12.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 99ad login credentials. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

13.3 Exercising your right of erasure does not affect 99ad's obligation to retain data where required by licensing, AML, or other legal obligations. In such cases, data will be retained for the minimum required period and then deleted.
14.1 99ad is strictly an 18+ platform. The collection of personal data from persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances. If you believe a minor has registered on 99ad, please contact the support team immediately so that the account can be closed and associated data deleted.
14.2 Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any account where the user is confirmed to be under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposited payment source.
15.1 The 99ad Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology services as described in Section 7. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies in relation to the data they process. 99ad is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.
15.2 Links to third-party services are not present on the 99ad Platform. All content and functionality is hosted or integrated within the 99ad ecosystem.
16.1 99ad may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or licensing requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
16.2 Where changes are material, 99ad will notify registered users via the Platform or by email where available. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17.2 Support is available in English during Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) hours. We aim to respond to all privacy queries within a reasonable timeframe.
17.3 If you have raised a privacy concern with 99ad support and are not satisfied with the response, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant supervisory authority under the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
All data transmitted between your device and 99ad is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Your 99ad login credentials, CNIC details, and PKR payment information are never sent in plain text.
99ad does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Your betting history, payment data, and CNIC details are used only for operating the Platform and complying with licensing obligations.
CNIC copies and KYC documents submitted for verification are stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorised 99ad compliance personnel. Documents are retained only for the minimum period required by licensing law.
Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, and other Pakistani payment methods are processed over encrypted connections. 99ad does not store complete bank account numbers or mobile wallet PINs on its own servers.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 99ad at any time by contacting the support team. Subject to legal retention obligations, we will action rights requests within a reasonable timeframe.
99ad does not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. Age is verified through the KYC process. Any account confirmed to belong to a minor is closed immediately and associated data deleted as required by law.
