99ad Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of 99ad, including all betting, casino gaming, slots, live casino, and ancillary services offered on the platform.

1.2 By completing registration, depositing funds, or placing any bet or casino wager on 99ad, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. Acceptance is effective from the date of your first use of the Platform.

1.3 These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules, bonus terms, and platform policies published on 99ad, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the more specific rule will prevail in relation to that specific product.

1.4 99ad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 The minimum age to register and use 99ad is 18 years. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 99ad strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location before registering or placing bets on 99ad.

2.3 99ad does not represent that the services are lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.

2.4 The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or use 99ad:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 99ad or from whom 99ad has terminated or suspended an account;
• Employees, contractors, and close family members of 99ad or its licensed game providers where such use creates a conflict of interest;
• Persons in jurisdictions where access to the Platform has been explicitly blocked by 99ad.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One account per person is permitted. 99ad prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity information. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number (where applicable), and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your 99ad account.

3.4 99ad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents – including your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation – before withdrawals are processed or as required by the Platform at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.5 99ad reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ad login credentials including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share these credentials with any third party.

4.2 Any activity conducted on your 99ad account using your credentials will be attributed to you and held to be your responsibility, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, unless you have notified 99ad of suspected unauthorised access prior to such activity.

4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 99ad support immediately and change your password without delay.

4.4 99ad will never request your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from 99ad requesting your password is fraudulent.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposits to your 99ad account must be made using payment methods available on the Platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment source that is in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Deposits from third-party payment sources, fraudulent payment instruments, or stolen accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposits page of your 99ad account and may vary by payment method. 99ad reserves the right to modify these limits.

5.4 99ad does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. 99ad is not responsible for third-party payment processing fees.

5.5 Funds deposited to your 99ad account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming only. Your 99ad balance does not accrue interest.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit payment method wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.

6.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 99ad will not process withdrawals where identity verification has not been completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

6.3 99ad targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times and any additional verification requirements. 99ad does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers including Pakistani banks, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

6.4 99ad reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, rule breaches, or suspicious betting patterns.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on 99ad are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. These rules govern settlement of bets including in circumstances of match abandonment, postponement, venue change, and result disputes.

7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 99ad reserves the right to void bets where odds have been published in error ("palpable errors") – for example, where odds are significantly inconsistent with the fair market price due to a technical fault.

7.3 Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are specified in the relevant market and are subject to change.

7.4 Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, latency in odds feeds, or to engage in arbitrage betting in a manner that 99ad considers abusive of the Platform may result in voiding of bets and account suspension.

7.5 Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 99ad account balance within a reasonable time following final settlement. Cricket and football bet settlement times are subject to the applicable sport rules.

8. Casino Games

8.1 All casino games available on 99ad – including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slot games – are operated using certified random number generation technology or, in the case of live casino, by trained professional dealers operating under the rules of the relevant game provider.

8.2 Casino game results are final once settled. Disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be raised with 99ad support within 30 days of the relevant game round.

8.3 Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games are as published by the respective game providers. House edge figures for live casino games are as published on the 99ad Casino information pages.

8.4 In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, the round will be voided and any wager refunded to your 99ad balance. If the result was determined before the failure, it will stand.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 99ad may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits.

9.2 Bonus funds and free bet credits are distinct from your real money PKR balance. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

9.3 99ad reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses are not available to users who have requested self-exclusion or whose accounts are under review.

9.4 Abusing bonus offers – including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or other bonus exploitation techniques – is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 You agree not to use 99ad for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials without authorisation;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99ad staff or other users.

10.2 Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 99ad is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from the account settings panel following login.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you may not create a new 99ad account or circumvent the exclusion through any means. Attempting to do so will result in permanent account closure.

11.4 99ad reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on an account – including deposit limits or cooling-off periods – without user request where the Platform has reasonable cause for concern about a user's gambling behaviour.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on 99ad including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and platform code is the intellectual property of 99ad or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or create derivative works from any 99ad content without explicit written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ad's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of your current verified account balance at the time the liability arises.

13.2 99ad shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or any losses arising from betting decisions made using the Platform, irrespective of whether 99ad was advised of the possibility of such losses.

13.3 99ad does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free of technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 99ad accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability during live betting events.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 99ad may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: you breach these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; KYC requirements are not met; or in circumstances required by law or licensing obligations.

14.2 Upon termination of your account, any remaining verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 99ad.

14.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 99ad support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ad is licensed to operate online gaming services. 99ad operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks and is not governed by Pakistani domestic gaming law.

15.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through 99ad's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms specified by the applicable licensing authority.

16. Amendments

16.1 99ad may amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on this page. Where changes are material, 99ad will endeavour to provide notice to registered users via the Platform or registered email address where available.

16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.3.
